I am working on a project regarding genotype variation of the B. melitensis isolates that have been recovered from small and large ruminants commingling together in the same place. The metadata of the MLVA-16 analysis, precisely bruce 4, 7, 9, and 16 (panel 2b), which have been sent from a certain lab, seems unlogic where different genotypes have been observed among the Brucella isolates recovered from different specimens of the same animal. Does it be logical? Did anyone face something like this?
