Introduction
With over 20 years of experience in online education, I have developed a range of skills and competencies that enable me to design, implement, and evaluate online learning initiatives. I have expertise in instructional design, data storytelling, virtual work, and stackable content and credentials. I have a PhD in Human Resource Development, and a Masters of Education focused on Learning Technologies.
