I have high interest in negotiation as a technique that solve human dilemmas, especially between needs and interest. Not limited to communication, my research includes other professional areas such as halal, tourism, and senior citizen. Besides, I employ both quantitative and qualitative approach such as SPSS, AMOS and NVivo in my research. I believe in a synergy of both approach rather than one approach solely.
