Introduction
Dr. Norhasnida Zawawi is a senior lecturer at the Department of Food Science, Faculty of Food Science & Technology, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and researcher at the Laboratory of Functional Carbohydrate and Protein, UPM. She is also an Honorary Senior Fellow of Queensland Alliance of Agriculture & Food Innovation, University of Queensland. Main area of research are Food and Nutrition Science, currently focusing on the investigation of stingless bee by-products and kenaf seeds.
