Introduction
She is an Asst. Professor of Laws at IIiBF, IIUM. She holds LLB (Hons), a Master of Comparative Laws (MCL), and a PhD in Laws. She is also an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya (Non-Practising). A prolific legal scholar, she has authored over 80 publications, locally and internationally. In 2024, she was recognized as a WOMANi Academica, ranking among the Top 500 Most Influential Women in Islamic Business & Finance by Cambridge-IFA. Her email: mumtaz_razi@iium.edu.my.
