Introduction
Noel Busch-Armendariz, PhD, LMSW, MPA, is the University Presidential Professor and Director of the Institute on Domestic & Sexual Violence at the Steve Hicks School of Social Work,The University of Texas at Austin. Noel conducts research using quantitative and qualitative techniques.
