Hello everyone, I did a redundancy analysis (RDA) using on the one hand my non-transformed abundance data and the other hand my abundance data transformed by Hellinger. I don't know what result should I take because the RDA with non-transformed data seems to me correct. Is it mandatory to transform our data species before to use a RDA ordination?
