Introduction
Nikolina Mijic currently works at the Department of the Environmental Engineering, University of Applied Sciences, Germany. Nikolina researches Geoinformatics and Satellite Geodesy. Their current project is creating an extension of the UML model of Atmospheric Conditions based on the Zenith Tropospheric Delay using INSPIRE standards. During this project, it will be developed an application in which will be implemented OGC standards, and it will be given a new overview of the SLD's for AC.

Works on establishment of the spirit levelling network in the Balkan countries were ruled by the political and economic circumstances. This was subject to the analysis since the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy period, over former Yugoslavia in all of its political forms, down to the present countries of the Balkan Peninsula. Heights differences and heigh...

The term of infrastructure, as a mechanism of support for spatial data, has been used for the first time in the early 1990s in Canada. Today, the concept of spatial data infrastructure (SDI) has become a worldwide new paradigm for the collection, use, exchange and distribution of spatial data and information. Spatial data infrastructure has been de...

This paper reviews methodologies in economics for valuing the benefits of geospatial data and services. It explores the meaning of socioeconomic value and reviews the methodologies underpinning value assessments. Different methods for economic impact assessment are discussed but in this paper, it will mainly focus on the benefit-cost analysis. It n...

ABSTRACT: Accurate calculation of cut and fill volume has an essential importance in many fields. This article shows a new method, which has no approximation, based on Digital Terrain Model. A relatively new mathematical model is developed for that purpose, which is implemented in the software solution. Both of them has been tested and verified in...

This paper experimentally demonstrates automatic forming of the 3D models which are convenient for further analytics from paper documentation. The classic 3D models are very convenient for simple visualisation, but this is where their practical implementation ends. The collection of data is different from the actual "brute force" way, it was used L...

In the time when we designing trigonometric networks, it is necessary to define a method of the stabilization points in the network. Although, it is very important to know the accuracy of instruments centering error, theodolites and total stations, using particular methods of the centering. Instruments with forced centering on the pillars has parti...

It has always been a real need to perceive (survey) directly and study the events whose extent is beyond upper limitations of people's possibilities. In order to get new data, to make observations and studying much more objective in comparison with so far syntheses - a new method of examination - called remote sensing - has been adopted. The paper...
