Introduction
I am Nida Naeem, an enthusiastic researcher and Gold Medalist in MS Urban and Regional Planning from NUST-Islamabad, Pakistan. My research focus centers on the dynamic realms of Housing, Real Estate, and Digital Real Estate by employing different quantitative and qualitative tools such as Regression Analysis, Factor Analysis, Thematic Analysis, Bibliometric Analysis, Systematic Review. As a testament to my dedication, I have authored four publications in esteemed journals in the interest areas.
