Curriculum alignment is in my view the most dynamic and important aspect of curriculum development. This means that specialists in curriculum engineering and implementation must constantly supervise faculty on curricular delivery and assess learning outcomes in order to ascertain the usefulness and relevance of the plans to the recipients thereof. This supervision and assessment however should not be limited to standardized test results.
