Introduction
During my PhD, I focused my work on food fraud detection based on mass spectrometry. This work involves participation of the CEN/TC 460 as an expert and contribution to the redaction of EN 17972:2024. I co-created a python pipeline (then turned it into a ShinyApp) to create, modify and reuse statistical predictive model of geographic origin. Mixing Analytical Chemistry, Data Science and Data Quality I defended my PhD on February 2024, joining dsm-firmenich as a technical perfumer shortly after.

The assessment of food authenticity is a topic that gained a lot of interest at the international level. This term includes misidentification of variety, origin, production system, processing but also adulteration. These frauds all have an analytical component, and research tends to offer new analytical solutions to manage them. One of them is non-...
