De nombreuses organisations souhaitent s’engager dans la transition écologique et faire évoluer leur modèle économique dans ce sens mais elles ne savent pas comment procéder. Or, face aux défis sociétaux et environnementaux actuels, l’enseignement supérieur a un rôle important à jouer par la production et la diffusion de connaissances nouvelles ainsi que par la formation des étudiants.
L’économie circulaire fait actuellement l’objet d’importants débats et travaux de recherche, en réponse à ces défis, notamment en ce qui concerne les modèles d’affaires circulaires du fait de l’effet de levier que peuvent avoir ces outils de gestion.
BM3C2 est un nouveau modèle d’affaires multi-acteurs, multi-niveaux, circulaire et collaboratif destiné à former les étudiants à l’économie circulaire et à les préparer à devenir des « intermédiaires de transitions » sociotechniques soutenables. BM3C2 est également destiné à apporter une aide aux porteurs de projets qui initient des démarches de transition vers l'économie circulaire.
Le modèle est issu de travaux de recherche à l’IAE de Nantes et a été développé puis expérimenté avec des partenaires socio-économiques dans le cadre d’un projet pédagogique financé par l’université de Nantes.
L’ensemble des résultats du projet sont téléchargeables gratuitement sur le site www.bm3c2.fr.
Le site contient :
- une vidéo de présentation générale du projet et du modèle,
- deux pages d’introduction à l’économie circulaire et aux modèles d’affaires soutenables et circulaires.
- un tutoriel, sous forme de vidéo, d’aide à l’utilisation du modèle BM3C2,
- une matrice à visualisation interactive ayant la même fonction,
- des jeux de trames téléchargeables qui permettent l’animation d’ateliers (pédagogiques ou avec des porteurs de projet). Elles sont le support du travail collectif des acteurs dont la mission est de connecter et d’aligner les modèles d'affaires de plusieurs organisations.
- des documents pratiques, comme un guide d’animation pédagogique, qui visent à faciliter l’appropriation du modèle BM3C2 par des enseignants ou formateurs.
- une bibliothèque de cas, issue de projets réels, qui permet de comprendre la diversité des contextes qui peuvent conduire à une transition vers l’économie circulaire et qui illustre la mise en œuvre du modèle BM3C2. Ces cas sont représentatifs des principales stratégies de revalorisation des ressources en fin de vie (réemploi, réutilisation, recyclage…) dans des secteurs variés.
