Introduction
Nicholaus is a Professor of Innovation Management with a PhD in Business Economics (University of Hasselt, Belgium). He is the Managing Director of Prof. Dr. NicoTutuba Innovation Hub (Morogoro). Also, a faculty member of Mzumbe University, and a visiting faculty of SUA His research interest includes entrepreneurship, governance of natural resources, innovation management, and sustainable agriculture. Currently, he is researching beekeeping, agro-processing, and digital innovation. Thanks
