Introduction
Nicholas Omoregbe holds a PhD in Computer Science from Covenant University. He has co-authored several articles in the development of eHealth and eLearning systems. He has more than twenty years of professional experience in Information Technology consulting as well as teaching in tertiary institutions. He leads a research cluster in Software Engineering, Modelling and Intelligent Systems and a Sub cluster in eHealth. He developed a curriculum and taught a full semester course in eHealth Systems at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, Heidenheim, Germany in 2009. He is a recipient of the Microsoft Research Inspire Programme, PhD Proposal 2006 award. He is also a recipient of Google CS4HS, 2012 award. His core research interests are in Development of healthcare / telemedicine systems, eLearning, Medical informatics, Data Science, and Software engineering. Professor Omoregbe was at the International Centre for Information Technology and Development, Southern University and A & M College, Baton Rouge, USA and Lancaster University, UK in 2011 and 2014 respectively as a Visiting Scholar. Professor Omoregbe is also a Fulbright Scholar.
