Introduction
Nicholas Jones is Honorary Professor of Ophthalmology, University of Manchester, UK. In 1991 he created the Manchester Uveitis Clinic, which became one of the busiest in the world. He retired from clinical practice in 2020. Main research interests are sarcoidosis and tuberculosis, imaging in uveitis, secondary glaucoma, and medical history. Jones is a member of the International Uveitis Study Group and a founder faculty member of the Moorfields and Euretina Uveitis Courses.
