Introduction
N. F. Guerrero-Rodríguez received an M.C. degree in Electromechanical Engineering from the Universidad Central del Este (UCE) in the Dominican Republic and a doctorate in Renewable Energies from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) in Spain. He is currently a full-time professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in the Dominican Republic. His area of interest is vector control algorithms for inverters.
