Introduction
I am a chartered surveyor by profession with an academic background in land economics and land appraisal. Currently affiliated with the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University(COOU) in Nigeria as Iecturer in valuation and land economics, I came into academics after years in industry and practice. My research interests are in real estate education, the dynamics of real estate markets and sustainability of the urban physical environment.
