In Instituto SuperiorTécnico (Lisbon University), where I work for 15 years I was in charge of the Pedagogical Organization Office, responsible for the management and organization of timetabling, exam dates, classrooms and audiovisual
material around all Campus. In 2017 I was invited to became Head of Students Office at Técnico Lisbon, and I was responsible to prepare the Welcome Session for national and international students, workshops, events like Prof. Dr. António Guterres Honoris Cause (ONU President).
