Introduction
Naima Bentouir is a finance lecturer with a Ph.D. in Finance and Business Management from Ain Temouchent University. she is a member at the (ERF) in Egypt. Her work has been published in nationally and internationally indexed journals by Scopus and Springer publishers, and she has reviewed numerous manuscripts for various publishers such as IGI Global and Taylor and Francis.
