- Describir la situación y las necesidades socio-sanitarias-educativas de las familias con hijos e hijas con ER en la Comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco para mejorar su calidad de vida. Conocer la respuesta actual desde cada uno de los ámbitos, el social, el educativo y el sanitario, a las necesidades de las familias con hijos e hijas con ER. Realizar propuestas viables para una respuesta coordinada a las necesidades socio-sanitarias-educativas de estas personas mejorándose con ello su calidad de vida.

Este proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo principal recopilar, analizar y sistematizar las buenas prácticas inclusivas en diferentes Comunidades Autónomas del Estado Español con el fin de ofrecer una respuesta educativa exitosa a las necesidades del alumnado con enfermedades poco frecuentes durante su escolarización. Se pretende analizar desde el punto de vista de los profesionales educativos, buenas prácticas educativas hacia el alumnado con enfermedades poco frecuentes que garanticen escuelas y entornos más inclusivos. De esta manera se prevé identificar procesos de ajuste necesarios desde el equipo directivo de los centros educativos y desde la coordinación entre el ámbito educativo, sanitario y social. El proyecto se desarrollará dentro del marco del paradigma cualitativo utilizando diferentes técnicas de recogida de información como las historias de vida y los grupos focales. También se contará con un Equipo Asesor Ético en cada Comunidad Autónoma compuesto de 6 a 8 personas (jóvenes con Enfermedades Poco Frecuentes y familiares, representantes de FEDER, Berritxuak u otra entidad vinculada a las Enfermedades poco Frecuentes y representantes educativos).

KideOn pretende ser una referencia en nuestro territorio, conectado a redes y grupos nacionales e internacionales, en la investigación, innovación social, divulgación, transferencia al sistema de servicios sociales y educativos, y en la formación relacionada con la inclusión socioeducativa.
