Introduction
Nabil Gad Azmy currently works at the Department of Instructional Technology, Helwan University, EGYPT. He got PhD in Educational Technology in 2000; In 2012, he got promoted as a Professor & Chairman of Educational Technology Department, Faculty of Education, Helwan University. he had been teaching in Rustaq College of Education, Sultanate of Oman since 2003 till 2007.
Also as a chairman of Instructional Technology Dept. at Arab East Colleges in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2014
