Introduction
I am a full professor in marketing at Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, and head of LaboNFC (Laboratory of Research on New Forms of Consumption). My research interests cover consumer choice modeling, sustainability-related themes from a managerial and a consumer viewpoint, technology, and innovation. For my research, I use quantitative methods including cross-sectional analysis, and experiments as well as qualitative research such as in-depth interviews, focus groups.
