Introduction
He received a BA in Economics from Çukurova University, MA and PhD degrees in Business from Selçuk University, Turkey. He is a full-time professor of management and strategy at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Management Information Systems, Osmaniye Korkut Ata University, in TURKEY. His research interests include organizational behavior, human resource management, managerial psychology and small business and entrepreneurship. He authored or co-authored over 50 scientific and professional articles.
