In recent years, some groups of people have been isolated from society due to their religions, languages, races, and so on. Victims of war, refugees, and regular and irregular migrants consist of such groups. Children and women also occasionally to be treated in a way they do not deserve. This is, of course, unacceptable in today’s modern world where relevant normative regulations are already introduced. As a backlash, human rights advocates raise their voices to protect the core values of such people.
The Congress covers the following topics:
Racism
Language and Religion Discrimination
Rights of Victims of War,
Refugees and Regular and Irregular Migrants
Women’s Rights
Life of Disabled People
The Needs and Care of Elderly People
Social and Business Life of Convicts

The JJ was founded in 2017 with the aim of promoting justice through writings. Justice itself can be defined as the quality of being right or equitableness, to achieve this quality we must use legal, philosophical and social approaches that’s why we receive all writings of these categories. Promoting justice through writing does not come easily without the solidarity of various academicians and researchers of different backgrounds that is why I encourage and humbly thank each and every one who is engaging him/herself to support this initiatives, be those who contributed to the creation of this journal, current and prospect authors.
