Questions

Questions (24)
Question
Lessons learned statement clearly specifies reasons for project success and failures. Project teams can record factors that contributed to project success. This document also allows teams to assess reasons for project failures. Thus projects can replicate past success and prevent failure in future projects.
Question
Some citation is not appeared in ResearchGate.
Question
This response strategy tries to make sure that the risk happens, so you get the perceived benefit from the situation. Simple ways to do this could be to train the team to give them extra skills or to tweak your deliverables slightly so that they respond better to the opportunity. Remember that positive risk doesn’t have to only apply to the deliverables you are creating. It can also apply to the way you are creating them.
Question
Most of the research includes literature review, and this review approaches or moves away according to the researcher's experience and his focus on the needs necessary for his research. Hence, it is possible to judge whether the literature review was useful or not.
Question
Many researchers believe that the failure of construction projects to achieve their goals without exceeding the cost and schedule is due to the failure of the project managers to manage the risks that are likely to be encountered during the project life cycle.
Question
In the foreseeable future, do you think that the measures to prevent the Corona virus will have a significant impact on the level of productivity in construction projects?
Question
Determining the most urgent topics to continue research has great value in supporting knowledge, and researchers should from time to time determine future research needs in order to contribute to the development of science and not waste time by new researchers in researching what had been previously discussed.
Question
Given the economic dislocation caused by the rapid spread of COVID-19 across the world, many parties facing difficulties in performing contracts will be considering their legal situation. Can they be held liable for damages for a breach of contract or losses suffered by third parties due to circumstances beyond their control or does the law provide a relief mechanism for dire circumstances such as these?
Question
What do you consider when deciding whether to accept or reject a paper?
Question
It is noted that the developed countries are the most countries that place such questions on the applicants and about their origins and religion. Do these questions have an impact at the evaluation stage?

The pandemic of COVID-19 has had a severe influence on the building industry, which is subject to economic fluctuations. On the plus side, construction has the potential to drive recovery by creating employment; in turn, recovery measures may help the sector's shift to sustainability and digitization. Tripartite collaboration and social discussion, as well as international labour norms, are critical for promoting a human-centered recovery of the construction sector from the crisis.
