According to WHO, more than 1.9 billion adults aged 18 years and older were overweight in 2016, of which over 650 million adults were obese. According to you, what are some of the most effective exercises, diet plan and herbs that can aid in weight loss?

In a modern era of today, where researchers and scientists from around the globe are making use of the advanced tools and techniques to deal with this devastating disease, still we are unable to find the most effective treatment strategy for cancer. I wonder what is missing that we are still unable to save the suffering individuals from this deadliest malady.
