Question
I am involved in analysis of a large dataset of phase and amplitude for a number of radio time transmitters in europe. We're planning to make the dataset public and are writing a paper describing the data acquisition system and software tools we used for this.
This is outside my normal work area so I have no good idea for which journal(s) would be the place to publish.
Any hints would be appreciated.
