Introduction
Monika Jakubiak, since 2014 Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics Maria Curie-Sklodowska University, Lublin, Poland. Between 2002-2014 Lublin University of Technology Career Services Office Coordinator, author and coordinator of 4 Higher Education and Training projects co-financed by the European Social Fund (EFS) in the domains: internships and professional career counselling for engineering students, development of the university’s didactic potential. She was involved in numerous other EU projects as an advisor, researcher, coach, trainer (more than 4,000 hours of training completed for diverse groups, i.e. students, entrepreneurs). She is the author of over 50 reviewed scientific papers in fields of competencies, entrepreneurship and university-business cooperation.
