I would like to do this model
there is a signal is true from [ 2 : 4 sec](ON signal)
I would like to delay this true signal [on signal ] until if condition is correct
knowing that I don't know when the condition is verified
I would like to write this code in user defined function as shown in attached figure
I tried to use commands delayseq ,circshift, and dsp.Delay in user defined function but it is not work and also these commands need delay time and I don't know when the condition is verified

My project is depend on changing the nominal power of the generators, transformer and loads during simulation But when I do it with command set_param error appear, the error is {Cannot change parameter of generator while simulation is running.) I want to change the nominal power of these block especially generators. How can I overcome of this error?
I would like to aggregate sum of numbers and equal it with parameter n. I would like to use this parameter in another block. I do it by to workspace block but when changing the sum of parameter n is not change the work space block store data after simulation end. I would like to use the data change during simulation. how can I do it?
