Introduction
I am an Associate Professor at LNU-MSU College of International Business, Liaoning Normal University, Dalian, China. It is a joint venture between Liaoning Normal University (LNU) China and Missouri State University (MSU) USA. I completed my Post Doc and Ph.D. from the School of Economics and Management (SEM), Dalian University of Technology (DLUT), Dalian, China. This School is considered one of the best business schools in China and has several accreditations, such as AACSB, AMBA, and EQUIS.
