Introduction
I am a medical doctor and genetic epidemiologist working as an Associate Professor and Principal investigator (PI) at the department of Epidemiology, Erasmus MC Rotterdam, the Netherlands. I have a multidisciplinary background due to training and working in the clinic, epidemiology and molecular biology. As the PI of Molecular & Systems Epidemiology group, I'm currently leading a research group of 15 Postdocs, PhDs, MSc and technicians, teaching multiple courses and coordinate the RS omics data.
