The method for modeling switching converters plays a key role in real-time simulators. Associate discrete circuit (ADC) modeling technique is a commonly used method for modeling the switching converter. However, the optimal selection of the ADC-based switch model parameters has great importance in the accuracy of the real-time simulator. In this pa...
This paper presents a methodology for implementing the mathematical model of H-Bridge converter in an FPGA-based Real-time simulator. Furthermore, it introduces a new method for choosing parameters of the Associate Discrete Circuit (ADC) model of semiconductor switches. The ADC-based model allows obtaining a fixed topology irrespective of switches...

Hi
I design a PID controller for a buck converter
I discrete it by matlab with ZOH and Ts=500 ns
and it works. However, this controller does not work for other time-step, such 100 ns or 1000 ns. For other time-step the output is 0!
How we can find the optimum time-step to for a digital controller?
Thanks
I have a problem about stability region of the system that is discrete.
I would appreciate if you could answer my question.
I have a circuit that including several capacitance, inductance, and
resistance. I get the A (state space matrix) of the system and then
discrete this matrix by Backward Euler method.
Also The eigenvalues of the matrix(A) have been calculated.
My question is:
For stability testing of the system that is discrete by BEM, Do
eigenvalues of matrix must be
1)Inside the unit circle centered at zero?
or
2)Outside the unit circle centered at one?
If your answer is 1, please see this PDF file(Fig 7.1 b)
why said this in PDF?
Hello my working is on Atlys Board (Spartan 6 ) i want to generate 400 MHz clock , How i can do it ?
I want to multiply admittance matrix of power electronic converter(PEC) in m.file of matlab,First i want to multiply matrix admittance of circuit to vector of
current
source to achieve nodal voltage.
the current source is dependent to voltage of node, so the vector of
current source should be updated in simulation time.
i want to implement the circuit in M.file
How i can begin to write in m.file?
