Introduction
In my current role as data scientist, under my leadership, we aim to build a platform to automate and accelerate the machine learning lifecycle and develop predictive people analytical models. My team uses software engineering approach in which a cross-functional team produces AI applications based on code, data and models in an agile manner that can be reliably released and produced at any time within short adoption cycles.
