Dear researchers
I have time series heavy metal concentration data in fish mussel, surrounding water and sediment. What kind of analysis do you suggest for modelling relation between heavy metals concentration in fish mussel, surrounding water and sediment? Is it possible to forecast heavy metals concentration in other fish species based on model results?
any advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Dear Researchers
I am trying to plot sample-size-based and coverage-based rarefaction and extrapolation sampling curves for phytoplankton species richness in 2 different sites to compare their diversity. But I am a little confused about application of the curve. Is there any simple manual or tutorial in this case?
Thanks in advance
Greetings
I sampled form Macroalgae in a coastal area and I have to matrix of data. One is Macroalgae amino acid content and another is environmental data such as temperature, salinity, pH, nitrate, phosphate and etc. Now I am looking for the best statistical method to describe the relationship between these tow matrix. What method is the best one? Is it CCA/RDA, or simple correlation?
Thanks in advance
Hi
I am studying on freshwater shrimp growth and need to know about C and WP. How we can calculate these tow factor? Is there any package in R for calculation? Or can we estimate them in FISAT?
Thanks in advance
Dear researchers
I am trying to model fish movement by Fishmove Package in R. There is a formula that works in this package and has tow main factor. One is mobile component of of a fish population and the second is stationary part. I know that mobile component is the part of population that migrates through river of other aquatic sources, such as estuaries of seas ( If I was right). My problem is that I can not find out what is the stationary part? It is well known that fish move and swim in it's habitat. So How it could be stable? Anyone has a clue?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Dear all
I am trying to find best model for variogram modelling. How I can play with coefficients in variogram code in gstat package? anyone has a clue?
