In this paper we present a new formulation of intuitionistic fuzzy rings based on the notion of intuitionistic fuzzy space. A relation be-tween intuitionistic fuzzy ring based on intuitionistic fuzzy space and ordinary rings is obtained in terms of induction and correspondence.
