Introduction
Mohamed A. Elkot obtained his PhD in educational technology from Cairo University, Egypt. He is specialised in the pedagogical use of technology and computers in education. He is working as an associate professor in the educational technology department at the College of Education at Qassim University, Saudi Arabia. He is currently supervising MA and PhD dissertations in the scope of Educational Technology. He has more than 25 years of experience in teaching, scientific research.
