Introduction
Mohamad Abdun Nasir currently is lecturer at Faculty of Islamic Law (Fakultas Syariah), State Islamic University (UIN) of Mataram, Indonesia. His current project is 'Contending Modernities: Authority, Community and Identity, Indonesian working group, Kroc Institute, University of Notre Dame' and 'The Evolution of Shari'a Law: Talak Divorce and Islamic Legal Reform in Indonesia'.
