Introduction
Mohamad Faizal Ahmad Zaidi is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Technology Management & Logistics (STML), College of Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He received his Doctorate in Technology Management focusing on New Product Development (NPD) with Dynamic Capabilities view. His current research interests are in the areas of strategic technology management, and technological capability for sustainability on multidisciplinary and contemporary issues relating to Industry 4.0, Internet of Things, NPD, and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. He was previously appointed as the Quality Manager (2016) and Academic Quality Assurance Manager (2018) for the Institute of Quality Management, UUM. He is currently the Undergraduate Programme Coordinator for Technology Management in STML, UUM.
