Recently, the occurrence rate and intensity of natural disasters have been dramatically increasing. Optimizing repair sequence and distribution system reconfiguration are keys to enhance the resilience of distribution systems against natural disasters without any need for additional investment.
In this project, we aim at enhancing the flexibility of power grids at the distribution network level through utilizing various flexibility resources, such as dispatchable DG units, battery energy storage systems, electric vehicles, and so forth, under regulatory policies.
