Introduction
I study the strategy process, at organizational and managerial level, with interest on planning, decision making and strategic behavior; and links with corporate strategies adopted and firm performance. Recent areas of interest focus on relational, cognitive, behavioral, characterological and emotion-focused managerial influences on strategy. Ansoffian researcher, I explore conditions of the Strategic Success Theorem’s applicability for the European context, to be integrated into a framework.
