Introduction
Miriam López Hernández is Lecturer at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She received her doctorate in Anthropology from the same university. She is the author of four books on Ancient Mexico. Her research has focused on the study of Women, Sexuality and Gender relations in Nahua culture both ancient and contemporary.
