The research proposes the platform for the dynamic organization of geo-distributed nodes into micro clouds, thus offering cloud-like features such as application development, data processing, and data storage closer to the end-users. At the same time, the platform may serve as a cloud co-processor that relies on data locality and distributed cloud creation and further allows processing and data filtering closer to data origin. The correctness of the proposed solution and its communication protocols are proven using formal models.
