Introduction
Currently I'm studing role of cell death in root functioning and development. My first step is to bring something new on aerenchyma development in barley roots (both seminal and adventitious roots) and its benefits for barley. Then I will continue my research studing other species from Poaceae (cultered annuals and wild perrenials). Next step is to study root cortical senescence. Well, I hope this is fine enough for nearest future plans.
Enjoy your research and have a nice day :)

Plants growing in hypoxic conditions need to adapt to oxygen deficiency in substrate, including with the formation of lysigenous aerenchyma formation. Although lysigenous aerenchyma formation is well understood, its creation on different plant age is not well studied. In current article is described aerenchyma formation in roots of barley growing i...
We studied the relative growth rate of seedlings and aboveground and underground organs, as well as functional traits of leaves and absorbing roots in the invasive species Heracleum sosnowskyi and congeneric native species H. sibiricum. The plants were grown in laboratory conditions and the functional plant traits of 21- and 35-day-old seedlings we...
