Introduction
I am a PhD, MSCi Engineer and Naval Architect genuinely interested in the safety, environmental protection and security of shipping in Europe and worldwide with a particular will to help through technical cooperation. I have a very deep knowledge of Maritime legislation in the above fields and able to think strategically while delivering the necessary concrete results. Fishing vessels safety and Fisheries are my two of my favourite topics, together with the 2030 SDG and plastic marine litter.
