RCT evidence of the efficacy and feasibility of using an app-based approach to mindfulness training for a public service workforce (n~300). The trial will investigate the relative efficacy for reducing stress of mindfulness training that includes seminars vs self-guided learning. Other outcomes of interest include whether colleagues notice a change in participants' behaviours following training, whether changes in productivity changes and perceptions of the psychosocial work environment are observed, and the economics of this approach to employee stress management.
