Introduction
I worked as a postdoc at the University of Lausanne and the University of Bern in Switzerland. My research interests and focuses were on age and gender stereotyping and the consequences of stereotyping in personnel selection procedures. Moreover, I worked on women’s and men’s stress reactions and their self-presentation styles in personal selection procedures.
