Silver economy represent adaptation of economies to future needs of growing numbers of elderly. Project focuses on demographic development, needs and behaviour of elderly, identification of key market segments, to meet the needs of elderly and to identify export potential of Slovakia related to ageing process in the EU. This should have positive impact on economic growth in Slovakia.
Primary goal is to assess and identify the potential to satisify needs of elderly (primarily from EU member states) with application of model simulation methods, creation of alternative scenarios of import and export of goods and services of silver economy.
