Introduction
Biologist, PhD Endocrinology Metabolism specialized in human cell biology models. During PhD she involved in steroid hormone action in development & male reproduction. As Full Prof at UNIFI her group focuses on the mechanisms of metabolic dysfunctions at cell and organ levels and their role also in endocrine cancer progression (adrenocortical carcinoma), in 2D/3D cell models.
