Introduction
Since joining GRC in 2005, Dr. Hsiao has published 348 papers (6 J Clin Invest, 7 Proc Natl Acad Sci USA, 16 Cancer Res, 11 Oncogene) with the H-index of 56. Currently, his lab is trying to put effective and cancer-specific non-toxic metabolic repurposing treatments into metastatic cancer cells and their niches to let the cancer cells rest and lose aggressiveness so that the patients can live longer despite the fact that the metastatic foci have been established in patient's systems organs.
