Introduction
Mert Gürlek, Ph.D., Ph.D.; is an associate professor at the Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, Turkey. He holds two PhDs, one in Management & Organization and one in Tourism Management, both from Gazi University, Turkey.
